Sharmane Andrews is the CEO and founder of the Andrews Consulting Firm who brings over two decades of healthcare experience to her role as executive coach and consultant.  As a nurse executive, Sharmane has both domestic and international experience in leadership and education. Overseas she led multicultural diverse teams in commissioning and opening a state-of-the-art Women’s and Children’s hospital and outpatient clinics. As an executive coach and consultant, sharmane uses her customized “Triple I” Methodology, to assist individuals and senior executive teams develop infectious leaders who can deliver, resonate, motivate, and lead teams effectively. An Infectious leader is one whose impact leaves a lasting impression on the people they serve.

Sharmane earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lander University. She received her coaching training through the CaPP Institute. A published author and professional speaker, Sharmane is dedicated to empowering those around her to lead with intention and purpose.
